Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and the pilot application form. QuickReeds isn't publicly available yet. We'll publish a full privacy policy before it is.
What we collect
- What you type into the application form: name, work email, company, website, team type, report volume, the AI tools you use and how you make reports today.
- Where you came from: the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), so we know which posts and messages reach the right people.
- Your country, worked out from your connection by our host. We don't store your IP address.
- The emails we send you: when you apply, we email you a confirmation (only the first time) and send your answers to our own inbox so we can reply. We don't track whether you open them or click their links.
- Visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Why
To confirm we got your application, review it, contact you about the pilot and interviews, and understand which channels bring the right applicants. We don't sell your details or add you to a newsletter.
Where it's kept
On Cloudflare, our hosting provider. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're not a bot. We send email through Cloudflare Email Sending, and our inbox is hosted by MXroute.
How long
Until the pilot ends, or 12 months, whichever is sooner, unless you become a customer.
